In 1990, the name of the firm was changed to HVS International to combine the historic ties to hospitality valuation services to its global outlook on the hospitality industry. Over the years, the scope of our professional services has expanded to include a wide range of consulting activities. With a staff of more than 150 professionals, HVS has provided valuation services for more than 10,000 hotels in all 50 states and 60 countries.
